Marcel Héroux, CFA, Chartered Financial Analyst and Principal of Picaflora Tropical Living, is a lover of nature and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the CFAInstitute. His interest in the creation of an exceptional real estate projects grows out of a long search for answers to the most demanding environmental questions, as well as a driving interest in creating good investment value. He has ten years of experience investing in and developing land in Central America.
Prior to moving to Central America, Marcel Héroux acquired, owned and managed substantial farmland investments in Canada. He holds a B.A. from Laval University, an M.A. from Columbia, has taken advanced training in Finance from MIT, and has taught Finance at Business Schools in Canada.
Picaflora Tropical Living is incorporated as Tropic Paradises S.A., a Panamanian Corporation.
